I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 6,174, Willard is a small town.

Is Willard getting better or worse?

Hey folks, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $110,500, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
