First post here. Military spouse here. It's a a smaller city city with about 27,629 people. The median home value here is around $146,500, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $825 for rent here. Household incomes average around $49,363 in Williamsport. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
