Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up.
Military spouse here. Rent is about $825/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
