Co-working spaces in Williston Park?

Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $2,146 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Hello, Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
