Random thought, The median home value here is around $206,200, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $206,200 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Willoughby? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
