Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 13 months ago and Homes are going for about $206,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2005. Rent is about $1,147/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
