Unpopular opinion about Winfield

First post here. Born and raised here. Rent is about $596/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $99,800, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here?
