Honest thoughts on life in Winona

Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $193,500 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? Thanks for reading. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much stable but now it's decent.
