Alright, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Winona sits at 112.3 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
