My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much established but now it's pretty good.

I'm a social worker and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's exactly what I was looking for. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
