Hey folks, I work in hospitality and It's a a smaller city city with about 52,846 people. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
