Moving from Tucson to Winter Haven next month

Anyone else feel this way? I work in tech and Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think?
