Winter Haven job market vs Cleveland

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,200/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great sushi places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much competitive but now it's average.
