Cost of living reality check -Wylie

OK so I'm single, late 30s, and You can expect to pay around $1,985 for rent here. Median household income is $113,661, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,991 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I'm a marketing manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
