First post here. I work in logistics and Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,985 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
