Remote worker thinking about Wylie

Alright, I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $113,661 in Wylie. Rent is about $1,985/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is average in most areas.
