What I wish I knew before living in Wylie

Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and What would you do? Appreciate any input.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Sunset. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 12 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
