Wylie in the winter -how bad?

Random thought, Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. With a population of 58,991, Wylie is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,985 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience? Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Came here for retirement and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
