Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $321,300 on average. Rent is about $1,341/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.
