First post here. You can expect to pay around $1,341 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Yucca Valley job market vs Dallas

It's a a small town city with about 21,744 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
