Alright, I'm originally from Denver and Rent is about $1,341/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
