First post here. We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Yukon sits at 159.7 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 24,802 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
