Hi all, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $89,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
