Best neighborhoods to rent in Zion?

OK so Median household income is $62,574, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $62,574 in Zion. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've lived in West for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Nice parks and green spaces

- Lots of new development happening

- The safety scene is challenging

The downsides:

- Summers can be brutally hot

- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for retirees. No regrets on my end..
