Best neighborhoods to rent in Zion?

OK so Median household income is $62,574, which feels about average for the area. Household incomes average around $62,574 in Zion. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

First post here. Homes are going for about $179,100 on average. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $62,574, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,139/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
