Rent vs buy in Andrews -what makes sense?
Hey everyone, I work in healthcare and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Property taxes are high but you get good services....
