Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 13,465 people. With a population of 13,465, Asbury Lake is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots?

First post here. I've been here for 19 years and Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Asbury Lake?
