Atlantic is underrated, change my mind

OK so The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 6,773 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much established but now it's average.
