How is Butner for outdoor activities?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 7,996, Butner is a small town. Homes are going for about $225,600 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Thanks! Night life ...
