It's a a small town city with about 17,611 people. Homes are going for about $240,700 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

First post here. Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $240,700 on average. Rent is about $785/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
