Moving from New York to Cambria next month
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 2 years and You can expect to pay around $1,923 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

How are the schools in Cambria?
Hey everyone, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Crime rate is something to consider -Cambria sits at 475.5 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.

Things Cambria needs to improve
Hey folks, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,923/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,923 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
