Is Cape May Court House getting better or worse?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
