Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 10 years and Poverty rate is 12.4%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $169,000 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
