Living in Catoosa -the reality

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 10 years and Poverty rate is 12.4%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $169,000 on average. The good and bad of living in Catoosa

Been meaning to ask this. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 12.4%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
