Hey folks, I'm a 33-year-old graphic designer and With a population of 19,139, Cinco Ranch is a small town. Homes are going for about $459,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

So, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,968 for rent here. Median household income is $157,395, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
