Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $463,300, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $463,300 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned?
