Is Deale getting better or worse?

Alright, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $407,400, which is pretty steep. With a population of 5,182, Deale is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Worst things about Deale nobody talks about

First post here. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
