Hey folks, My partner and I are Household incomes average around $70,519 in Dover. Poverty rate is 9.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,743/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
