Thinking about relocating to Dundee from Cleveland

Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Dundee sits at 153.5 per 100K. Is this normal for Dundee?

Day-to-day life in Dundee, FL

Homes are going for about $224,500 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

How are the schools in Dundee?

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 0.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $41,550, which feels on the lower side for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think?
