Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 11,011 people. The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $1,217,500, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters....

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and With a population of 11,011, Franklin Lakes is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
