Just moved to Gorman, any tips?
Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 34.8%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned?
