How much do you pay for rent in Grafton?
Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 10 years and Rent is about $1,048/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Hi all, Homes are going for about $198,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Moving from Pittsburgh to Grafton next month
So, You can expect to pay around $1,048 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
