How are the schools in Gypsum?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $2,198 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

What to expect moving to Gypsum?

Curious what people think. I'm retired and Homes are going for about $553,600 on average. With a population of 8,481, Gypsum is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development....
