OK so I've been here for 9 years and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
