Things Inverness Highlands South needs to improve

So, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $61,224 in Inverness Highlands South. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
