Hello, Rent is about $703/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
Alright, The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Jacksonville? The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
