Studio apartments in Lihue -options?

Alright, I'm a 55-year-old contractor and Crime rate is something to consider -Lihue sits at 232.1 per 100K. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Thanks for reading.

Lihue quality of life -am I missing something?

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $843,900 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
