Marion is underrated, change my mind

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $37,357, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Appreciate any input.

Hello, I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $696 for rent here. With a population of 5,694, Marion is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience?
