Thinking about relocating to Marshall from Chicago

Alright, I'm originally from Cleveland and It's a a small town city with about 13,699 people. Homes are going for about $145,900 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..
