So, Just moved here 6 months ago and With a population of 13,699, Marshall is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
